Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all associated policies, promotional materials, and communications issued by cun999:

Eligibility

Access to cun999 and the use of any of its services, including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, and promotional offers, is subject to the following eligibility requirements being met in full at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. cun999 strictly enforces an age minimum of 21 years across all product verticals. Proof of age is required during the KYC verification process.
• You must be accessing the Platform from Indonesia, or otherwise be legally permitted to access online gaming services.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, agent, or immediate family member of a cun999 employee in a role that has access to non-public platform information.
• You must not be self-excluded from cun999 or any other gambling platform under an active self-exclusion arrangement.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• You must not be accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.

cun999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any stage of the Member relationship. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in account restriction or closure.

Account Registration

To access cun999 services, you must complete the registration process and create a single, verified Member account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one cun999 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared device/IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration and update it promptly if it changes. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that takes place under your account is your sole responsibility.
• Notification of Unauthorised Access: If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify cun999 support immediately via live chat or at [email protected].
• Account Currency: All cun999 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No multi-currency accounts are available.
• KYC Verification: Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or SIM) and proof of the payment method used for deposit. cun999 reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation at any time.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the cun999 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern the deposit and withdrawal processes:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI) or via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts.
• Deposits are credited to your Wallet within minutes of payment confirmation under normal operating conditions.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.
• cun999 does not charge a fee for deposits. Any bank or e-wallet transfer fees are levied by the originating institution and are the Member's responsibility.
• In the event of a failed or unrecognised deposit, contact support with your transfer receipt (bukti transfer) and the transaction will be reconciled within 24 hours.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Standard withdrawal limits are published in the Member account dashboard and may be adjusted for high-volume accounts by arrangement with the finance team.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account in the Member's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are processed within 15 minutes of approval under normal conditions.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI) are processed within 60 minutes of approval, subject to bank clearing schedules.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is released. Withdrawals submitted before KYC approval is confirmed will be held in a pending state until documentation is verified.
• cun999 reserves the right to conduct additional fraud and anti-money-laundering (AML) checks on any withdrawal request. During an active review, the withdrawal will be held temporarily and the Member will be notified.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements associated with the specific promotion under which the bonus was credited.

Bonuses & Promotions

cun999 offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotional offer page:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are not immediately withdrawable. Each bonus is subject to a stated wagering requirement (also called a "rollover" or "turnover" requirement), expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "10x rollover on the bonus value"). Only wagers placed on qualifying markets and game categories count toward rollover completion.
• Minimum Odds: For sportsbook bonuses, only bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) or higher will contribute to wagering requirements, unless stated otherwise on the specific offer.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be rolled over within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days from the date of credit). Bonuses that expire before the rollover requirement is met will be removed from the Wallet, along with any associated pending winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless cun999 explicitly states that offers may be combined.
• One Claim Per Household/IP: Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are limited to one claim per household, IP address, device, and verified identity. Attempts to claim the same offer multiple times using different accounts will result in all associated bonuses being voided and accounts suspended.
• Prohibited Bonus Strategies: Systematic exploitation of bonus terms through low-risk or arbitrage betting patterns is prohibited. cun999 reserves the right to void bets, withhold bonuses, and close accounts where exploitative patterns are detected.
• No Cash Value: Bonus credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for non-gambling goods or services.

Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the cun999 sportsbook. Game-specific rules for live casino products (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, sic bo) and slot titles are governed by the rules published within each individual game interface.

• Accepted Bets: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the cun999 system and a unique bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed during a system error or connectivity outage that do not receive a reference number are not valid.
• Bet Cancellation: Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member except where a specific "Cash Out" feature is available and active on the relevant market at the time of the request.
• Void Bets: cun999 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) an obvious pricing error has occurred; (b) the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum time required for settlement has elapsed; (c) the bet was placed after the scheduled start time of an event without in-play acceptance being enabled; or (d) fraudulent or match-fixing activity is confirmed or credibly suspected.
• Mix Parlay Rules: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require a minimum of two selections. If one selection in a mix parlay is voided, the parlay is recalculated based on the remaining valid selections. If all selections are voided, the stake is returned.
• Asian Handicap and Voor Bola: Voor bola (the Asian handicap line) is settled according to the official result including any applicable stoppage time for the relevant competition. Specific handicap settlement rules for each league are available in the sportsbook help section.
• Live In-Play Betting: Live in-play markets are subject to brief suspension periods around key match events (goals, red cards, penalties). Bets submitted during a suspension window will be held in a pending state and confirmed or declined once the suspension is lifted. cun999 accepts no liability for delayed acceptance in live markets.
• Maximum Winnings: Single-bet and accumulator winnings are subject to a maximum payout per event, per day, per Member. Current maximum payout limits are published in the sportsbook terms section of the Member dashboard and may be updated at cun999's discretion.
• Settlement: All bets are settled at the earliest opportunity following the conclusion of the relevant event, using official results from recognised sporting governing bodies (FIFA, PSSI, AFC, UEFA, and others as applicable). cun999's settlement decisions are final.

Responsible Gaming

cun999 is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and enjoyable entertainment environment. We believe that the vast majority of our members play responsibly for entertainment — but we also recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic. We take this seriously and provide the following tools and policies:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. Once reached, no further wagers will be accepted until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Alerts: Members may configure session time reminders that trigger a notification after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used for any betting or gaming activity. Login is disabled for the full cooling-off duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from cun999 may do so by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the stated exclusion period (minimum 6 months). Any balance remaining at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the Member's verified payment method.
• Mandatory Age Verification: All accounts are subject to age verification. The platform is strictly 21+ only. Suspected underage accounts will be suspended immediately pending identity confirmation.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cun999 Platform. Violation of any of the prohibitions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potentially legal action:

• Creating or operating more than one cun999 account per individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent verification request.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform while under an active self-exclusion, whether applied by cun999 or another gaming operator.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place, manage, or optimise bets without cun999's express written permission.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a confirmed technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or using cun999 as a vehicle for financial crime.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes, share information in live poker or casino games, or otherwise undermine the integrity of the Platform.
• Attempting to access cun999's systems, servers, databases, or APIs without authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cun999 staff members or other platform users.

cun999 employs advanced fraud detection technology and cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities in Indonesia and internationally. Members who engage in prohibited conduct waive all claims to any funds held in their account at the time of suspension.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the cun999 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, video content, software code, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of cun999 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

• Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• No content from cun999 may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, scraped, or published without prior written consent from cun999.
• Game content (slot titles, live casino streams, virtual sports) is licensed from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, and is subject to those studios' respective intellectual property rights.
• Any unauthorised use of cun999 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable Indonesian and international law.

Privacy & Data

cun999 is committed to protecting the personal data of its Members. The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with this document.

In summary, cun999 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, payment processing, and — where consent has been given — marketing communications. Personal data is never sold to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data is retained for the minimum period required by applicable law and our licensing obligations.

Members have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations. All data requests should be directed to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Request — [Your Username]".

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cun999 excludes all liability for:

• Financial losses arising from a Member's own betting or gaming decisions, including losses resulting from reliance on any odds, statistics, or information published on the Platform.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or inaccessibility caused by scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical failure, third-party infrastructure outages, or force majeure events.
• Loss or corruption of data resulting from factors outside cun999's direct control, including Member device failure, internet connectivity issues, or browser incompatibility.
• Consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages of any kind, even where cun999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Errors in third-party content, including odds data feeds, live score providers, game results supplied by licensed studio partners, or sports results from governing bodies.

In all cases where cun999 is found to be liable, the total aggregate liability to any single Member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by cun999's proven negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

Account Suspension & Termination

cun999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Confirmation or credible suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing involvement, or use of prohibited software.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• A Member's request for voluntary account closure.
• A regulatory, compliance, or law enforcement direction requiring account closure.

Upon termination of an account in good standing (i.e., where no fraud, breach, or prohibited conduct has been identified), any verified balance remaining in the Member's Wallet will be returned to the Member's last verified payment method within 10 business days, net of any pending wagering requirement obligations on active bonuses.

In cases where account termination follows a confirmed breach of these Terms, cun999 reserves the right to withhold the account balance in full as liquidated damages, and to pursue further legal remedies where appropriate.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, formation, interpretation, performance, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the internal policies of cun999 as an internationally licensed online gaming operator.

cun999 operates under an international gaming licence and is not regulated by any Indonesian government body, given the legal status of online gambling in Indonesia. By using cun999, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and accept full personal responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Platform is in compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Any disputes between a Member and cun999 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. cun999 commits to providing a substantive response to all formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

Amendments

cun999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at https://cun999.app/terms-conditions, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

For material changes — those that significantly affect Member rights or obligations — cun999 will provide notice via email to the address registered on the Member's account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
